How does it work?
SMS Messages can be sent using email or the Bold TextMe web service
Use your current software to send individual or group SMS text messages. Emails are easily formatted and tests can be run through a basic email client, such as MS Outlook.
Web Service
You can also send messages using our simple REST-based web service. This involves sending a POST request and requires a simple JSON object with two fields: one field specifies the mobile phone number to send the message to, and the other field includes the content of the text.
Bold TextMe Portal
When you sign up for Bold TextMe, you have access to our comprehensive portal. The portal includes detailed instructions and samples for setting up the Email or Web Service and for testing your text messages. Through the Bold TextMe portal, you will also choose your plan, determine your overage level, and provide email addresses for important notifications.
