How do I sign up?

It is fast and easy to sign up for Bold TextMe! Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right of the website to be directed to the Bold TextMe portal. The Bold TextMe portal uses Amazon’s architecture, so you will use or create an Amazon login to sign in to the portal. Once sign up is complete, your Bold TextMe login will be tied to your Amazon login. Through the Bold TextMe portal you can choose your plan and set your allowed overage amounts.

Which payment methods do you take?

Payments are processed by Amazon. Amazon accepts credit cards, debit cards, and transfers from an available Amazon Payments account balance. Credit cards currently accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB. For more information regarding Amazon’s accepted payment methods click here .

Can I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be cancelled from either your Bold TextMe account page or your Amazon payments account page. Billing for Bold TextMe is not pro-rated, so your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. At the end of your final billing period you will receive one final charge for any overages (if applicable). Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the end of the billing period. If you change your mind after cancelling, the account can be reestablished with just a few clicks.

What if I want to send more than 40K texts/month?

Bold TextMe can support more than 40,000 texts per month, however, the rate does not further decrease once you cross the 40,000 text per month threshold. Anything over 40,000 texts per month, will be billed at the rate of $0.0100 per message, and $0.0100 per message for messages beyond your plan limit. Due to Amazon billing restrictions, Bold TextMe does not currently support more than 100,000 texts per month.

What happens if I hit my limit?

If you hit the limit for your plan, Bold TextMe will continue to send messages until you hit the limit set for overages. Your overage limit is set within the Bold TextMe portal. You will also be notified via email if you are nearing your plan limit and if you have exceeded your plan limit. Bold TextMe will not send more than 100K texts per month regardless of your overage limit.

Can I send texts internationally?

Bold TextMe can be used in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. If you are interested in sending texts in other countries, we may be able to support that. Please contact us, so we can discuss your international business needs in more detail.
